On Procrastination

Exams are so soon! Everyone has been complaining about how they planned to do so much homework during the holidays but never really got around to it. Me included. Anyhoo, Chris wrote an excellent post about it about a month ago then go read it. Maybe it will motivate you to WORK WORK WORK! I mean, it's obviously working for him!

Heh, I cleaned my room today. I figured since exams are so near, I should stop putting it off and DO IT. I had TWO WHOLE WEEKS of holiday but I wait till the afternoon after the first day of school. Procrastination at its lazy best!

What actually kick-started me on my path to neatness was that my mum volunteered to do it for me! She thought I was sitting in the lounge room half watching t.v and doing past year papers because there was no space on my floor to stand and no place to put my books. Well the no space thing was true but that's never stopped me before...She was probably so shocked at seeing me out of my room she thought she should do something about it before she had a stroke.

In the end I just did it myself because if the shock didn't kill her, the biohazardous waste in my room probably would.
