Hell hath no fury...

This morning I woke up and thought, 'today is a good day to buy boots'. I started getting really enthusiastic about it too, which means anybody caught up in the tornado that is 'Mel being enthusiastic' which probably get hurt. Poor Darren.

As soon as I got out of bed, I had to change and get ready to go to Box Hill and meet Auntie Khim (+ Darren and Kevin) for lunch. Mum, Eug and I went with them to eat at David and Camys. After lunch, I dragged Darren around with me to look for a nice pair of boots. Everyone else went back to my house and poor Darren was left alone and defenseless, with nothing standing between him and a good 2 hours of shopping. I eventually settled for a pair at L 'n L's for $65, only problem was, I didn't have enough money...so I used Darren's money.

The conversation went a little like this:
Me - "Daaaaaaaar-ren! I like this pair. Pay for me!"
Darren - "ok..." *takes out wallet*

Who said I don't get what I want?

Anyhoo, I like them lots, and I bet I won't be able to wear them after a week because I've put them on and taken them off so many times. Now what possible combinations of clothes would go with these boots? Hmmm, guess I'll have to go shopping again...oh DAAAAARREN!!!!!
